Camogie Senior 3 Team progress to Summer Cup 1-3 Final

Our Senior Camogie team will now line out in the Summer Cup 1-3 in O’Toole Park on Saturday 8th August. Having come through the group stage against very strong Senior 1 and 2 teams (St Judes, Nh Brid and Lucan Sarsfield), the girls were pitched against Good Counsel in the quarter final. With 4 minutes remaining and three points adrift, the girl’s massive pressure in the end yielded them a goal and two points. The team then met senior 1 team Erins Isles on Tuesday night in the semi final and after a cracking encounter the girls ran out 3-10 to 1-6 winners. The girls await the winners of Lucan and Skerries Harps in the other semi final. Put the 8th August in your diaries and support this talented group of players.
