Club House Upgrade – Building Contractors Expressions of Interest
Faughs GAA Club is looking for Expressions of Interest for Building Contractors by Monday March 14.
Faughs GAA club are planning to upgrade our facilities in our Club house at Wellington Lane, Templogue to include an expansion of the gym, upgrade our function room for use as a creche, disabled access lift relocation, new entrance area and related works.
Faughs GAA have recently been successful in being approved for Sports Capital grants to cover part of the costs for this project
Faughs Executive are looking for Expressions of Interest from any parties interested in submitting a quotation for the contract for the club house project to please email their interest, in confidence, to the attention of our Club treasurer at tenders@faughs.ie by Monday March 14th 2022
Following an initial review of relevant insurances & competency, successful parties will be invited to tender and will receive a tender pack including detailed specifications of the work to be completed.
The completed quotations, capacity to deliver and availability will be used in selecting a contractor to complete the project.
We plan to complete the process by the end of March.
