Club Notes 13 Sept 2020

This week’s Manager and Team of the Week are Seán O’Gorman and the Adult 4 Camogie panel who had a fantastic win over Erins Isle last week. Well done to all.

Commiserations to Minor D hurlers who were pipped at the post by a strong Cuala team in the Championship Final on Sunday. Following a slow start the lads stormed back and having led by a point with only a few minutes to go were unlucky to concede a goal to give Cuala the honours.

Minor As had a very good win over Fingallians.

U15As also gave a great account of themselves to dispose of Crokes on a scoreline of 3-9 to 1-11 to ensure a semi-final spot v Erins Isle. Date and time tba.

Best of luck to all students who received their Leaving Cert results last week as they embark on their next adventure.

Club Lotto – Numbers drawn were 3, 6, 11 and 18. No winner. There were three “Match Three” winners, Fiona Kelly, Noel Murphy and Martin McKenna will share €200. Next week’s jackpot will be €3,100. Thanks to all who support our club lotto.

Happy Birthday to Martin McKenna who celebrates a ‘significant’ birthday later this week.
