Well done to minor hurlers who had a convincing win over Skerries Harps in their championship game at the weekend. Hard luck to U21s and U15s who suffered defeat at the hands of St. Judes and na Fianna respectively.
Hard Luck to Minor A Camogie who lost to Lucan in 2nd round of their Championship. Great result for Minor B Camogie team who beat Ballyboden in the first round of the Championship.
Golf Society-Thanks to all who made Saturday’s outing such an enjoyable occasion. Well done to Eddie Lyons who was overall winner.
Faughs Food Fair once again was an outstanding success. Thanks to all our chefs who, as always, excelled, also to Michael, who performed his Maitre’d duties impeccably, to Sean who manned the door at short notice to those who helped prepare the hall, to Niall and Paul who supplied the music and of course all who came along to sample the fare. A great night enjoyed by all.
