Huge congratulations to our senior camogie team who had a convincing Championship win v Naomh Padraig on Sunday morning. Final score Faughs 2-13 N. Padraig 1-5. A special “Thank You” to Catriona O’Connell and Yvonne Twomey who played a huge role in this game before travelling to Cork to play for Donaghmore in the Munster Club Football Semi-final. How’s that for club loyalty!!! Well done also to U14s who won their Div 1 semi final v St. Vincent’s on a scoreline of 1-12 to 3-3. Final on 26th October. Watch this space for further details. Very hard luck to U15 Division 1 team who lost by a single point to Castleknock also to U13 team who lost to St. Oliver Plunkett/Eoghan Ruadh in their Division 2 semi-final
Hard luck to AHL 4 who lost to Trinity Gaels on Friday night. Thanks to Parnells for use of their facilities.
U/15s are in a 4th place play off against Ballinteer St Johns on Sunday @11:30am in Marley Park.
Best of luck to minor hurlers who play St. Brigids in the championship quarter final next Sunday. Time and venue tba.
