CLUB NOTES 16th MAY 2017-05-14

The long-awaited schools project night is almost here!  On Thursday next @ 7pm all will be revealed. This year sees seven schools represented and upwards of sixty projects on display. Guest speaker on the night will be Anthony Daly, Clare All-Star and former Dublin Senior hurling manager.  All are welcome to come along and support the children after all their hard work.

Fixtures for coming week – AHL2 play Lucan Sarsfields in 12 Lock @ 6:30pm Next Sat 20th May @ 6:30pm, on Sun 21st @ 11am our two AHL 5 teams are at home to Good Counsel & BallyBoden St Endas, pitches are yet to be assigned. Good luck to all!

Camogie – Full round of fixtures This weekend!

Trad night next Thursday from 9pm till late. A great night with ceoil agus craic galore.

Deepest sympathy is extended to the Holmes family, Murroe, Co. Limerick on the sad untimely death of Bob.  Also to the Hearne family on the recent death of Betty (Palmerstown).  Ar dheis laimh De go raibh a nAnamaca dilis.

Commiserations to our minor hurlers who lost to St. Judes on Sunday.

Golf Society – Sat 27th May – Moyvalley. Golf Classic – Thurs 29th June in Grange Golf Club Rathfarnham. We’re looking for Team & Tee sponsorship. Details available in the club.

All training continues as usual this week.

Club Lotto – Jackpot €7,200 numbers 1, 9, 14 and 15 No Winner. Four ‘Match 3’ winners (share €200) Tony Spellman, Tom Ryan, Padraig Purcell & Hilda Griffin. Next week’s Jackpot will be €7,300.
