Team of the week is our U/12 hurlers who won the Kevin’s GAA Club U/12 Easter tournament on Good Friday. They lost their first group game St Jude’s by 17 pts and won their next two group games, in the final they met St Jude’s again and won by a single. Trophy was present to joint captains Donal Murray & Sam Lewis. Well done to players, mentors & parents!
AHL5 (2) beat St Marks in their 3rd league game last Thurs evening, they then received their medals for winning last years AHL6 win in a memorable night in the clubhouse.

Congratulations to club physio Ciaran McDonagh & his wife Karina on the birth of their son Fionn, congratulations also to Ted & Thelma Byrne on the birth of their first Grandson Jake.
Faughs are hosting the Div 1 Hurling Feile this year on Sat 29th April, if you can help out in any way there is a meeting this Tuesday in the members bar @ 8pm that you are asked to attend.
2 X Dates for your diaries – This year Faughs Annual U/13 tournament will take place on Sunday 7th May, if last year is anything to go by it will be another epic day. On Thursday 18th May we have the presentation for the winners of the Schools Projects, presentations will be made by Anthony Daly.
Fun Quiz in the Members’ Bar every Wednesday night.
Club Lotto – Jackpot €6,900 Numbers 4, 5, 22 & 24 No Winner. One ‘Match 3’ winner – Evelyn Whelehan. Next week’s jackpot will be €6,900.
