CLUB NOTES 3rd March 2015
Seniors had a mixed week with a good win over Parnells in the Corn Ui Laochra competition on Wed, and losing to Cuala by two points in the Leinster League on Sat. Junior D game v Setanta deferred due to adverse weather conditions, refixed for next Sun, time and venue to be arranged. U14 Div 2 hurlers had a great start to the season with a convincing win v Cuala last Sat also beating Thomas Davis in a challenge game on Wed. Minors play Whitehall Colmcilles next Sun 8th March in Cloghran @ 10.30. All support welcome.
In camogie our U14 Div 4 team started their season with a comprehensive win over Ballinteer St. Johns.
Date for your diaries – Fri 13th March our U14 hurling and camogie teams are jointly hosting a table quiz. Please come out and support.
Well done to Robbie Lewis and Niall Mullen who received their Level 2 coaching certificates in Croke Park today.
First Anniversary Mass for the late Tony Herbert will be celebrated on Sat next 7th March @ 12.00 o’clock in Marianella, Orwell Road, Rathgar.
