CLUB NOTES 3rd November 2015
A huge “WELL DONE” to senior 3 camogie team who had a momentous win over Naomh Padraig in the championship final on Sunday! The girls hit the ground running and were in command from the word go. It was a great team exhibition and it would be unfair to mention individual players, but “Player of the Match” Georgina Kelly was the toast of O’Toole Park. Congratulations to team, mentors Liam, Sean, Richie and parents.
Well done also to club player Philip Jordan who was Evening Herald Schools Sports star of the Week for his performance with Terenure College last week
U12 hurlers finished a great season with a sterling performance against Skerries Harps on Saturday, and rounded off the day with a celebratory dip in the sea!
Our Junior B team play St. Oliver Plunkett/Eoghan Ruadh in the Top Four Final next Sunday. Time and venue tba. All support welcome. We hope to see Darragh Ambrose back in action following an injury in last week’s game,
