Congratulations to minor B camogie team who had a convincing win over St. Vincents at the weekend to ensure a place in the County Final v na Fianna. Details of time and venue will be available on club website. Please come out and support the girls.
Well done to the Costello sisters Catherine and Isobel who have both been awarded Camogie Sports Scholarships in UCD.
Well done also to Paul Dixon and all involved in the annual Community Schools Project which won the prestigious SDCC Sports and Recreation Award.
A big “Thank You” to all who attended the Robbie Cooke Memorial Night, special mention Eamon Rea and to all the Spellman family for their work in preparing for the night. Great stories and memories!
Last Friday was also our first Faughs Disco for U/9 – U/11, Thank you to each volunteer for making this a wonderful success!
Condolences to Bart Sweeney on the death of his Mother Mary, to Alicia, Derek, Amanda, Paul and all of Mary’s family & friends we extend our Deepest Sympathy. May she Rest in Peace.
The Members’ bar is looking resplendent thanks to Ali and Niall Mullen and Evelyn and Monica who spent Sunday morning decorating and dressing the tree.
Next music session in the Members’ bar this Friday 7th Dec. with guest musicians. Not to be missed! Faughs House Band will be supporting our young performers on the Christmas Carol Night. Date and time to be confirmed.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery to U14 hurler Jack O’Connor who underwent knee surgery recently, also to Jack’s Grandad Fintan who is slightly indisposed at the moment. We hope to see you both up and running very soon.
