CLUB NOTES 5th May 2015

Thanks to all who represented the club in Feile 2015 on Saturday in dreadful conditions. U10s also had a great day out winning the O’Tooles tournament. Well done to all concerned.

Minors played Naomh Mearnog in the league on Sunday morning and despite great performances from Jake Moore, Neil Bennett and Ciaran Brady were narrowly beaten. Next Sunday they take on St. Judes in the League in Tymon Nth @ 11a.m. and on Friday 15^th Seniors play Ballinteer St. Johns in the next round of the championship in O’Toole Park @ 7.00, then on Saturday 16^th Junior As play St. Oliver Plunkett/Eoghan Ruadh in Martin Savage Park @ 6.00, and on Sunday Junior Bs play Crumlin in Tymon Nth @ 11.00.

There was a great response to the “History of Faughs” competition for primary school children in conjunction with local schools. Thanks to all teachers for their support.

A big “Happy Birthday” to Ciaran Bass who celebrated a significant birthday this weekend.
