The Annual Faughs Dorry Murray U13 Blitz takes next Sunday 12th May. We’re very excited to welcome visiting clubs from Down, Louth, Limerick, Kilkenny, Galway, Laois, Carlow, Wexford and of course Dublin. Good luck to all teams, we look forward to seeing entertaining & competitive games.
Our U-10s had their annual trip to the country at the weekend. Another group was invited to Toomevara to a function to celebrate the life and times of Andy Harty a former Faughs hurler. Thanks to the club and the Harty family for their wonderful hospitality.
Congratulations to Nicola Cunningham and Conor O’Gara who were married last Thursday. We wish them both many years of health and happiness.

Happy Birthday to Eamonn Rea who celebrated his birthday on Friday.

Club Lotto – Jackpot €9,400. Numbers 3, 7, 18 & 25 No Winner. Four ‘Match 3’ winners (share €200) – Hilary & Darragh (Quiz), M Kelly, Kieran Burke & Paul Mullen. Next week’s jackpot will be €9,500.

On Thursday June 20th, the annual community school’s night will take place. This year students from fourth class primary schools will propose art designs for the Club’s new ball wall. The winner will have their design painted on the wall!
