Faughs Annual Awards night was held on Saturday last. Congratulations to all nine teams who were recognised for their success in 2019, well done to all the players, mentors & parents! Thanks to Dave O’Leary who did a great job as MC and Johnny Greville, our Senior Hurling Manager who presented the medals to the players.

Faughs 134th AGM was held on Friday Feb 7th
The AGM was well attended and Club Highlights and progress on all projects were reviewed. Our outgoing Club Chair John Gleeson was congratulated on his significant contributions to the Club. Paddy Herbert presented a gift to John as a token of appreciation from the Club. John thanked all the Executive members for their support over the last five years and in particular thanked Aongus for his support and commitment in his role as Vice Chair over the last few years

Anniversary Mass for John Hearn is on Sunday 23rd February in the Clubhouse.
The hurling coaching development committee are pleased to announce that Daragh Egan (assistant manager to Tipperary Senior Hurlers) is doing a coaching session on Monday 24th February in the club. The session will commence at 7.15 p.m. in the upstairs bar for approximately 45 minutes followed by one hour special on the ball wall. All juvenile and senior mentors from hurling and from camogie are encouraged to attend.
