Clubhouse Development Plan
We are delighted to announce that we are moving forward with the exciting development of the Faughs GAA clubhouse to support all our players and members.
We were successful in getting approval for Sports Capital grants for phase 1 and we are starting a fund raising campaign to raise the additional funds required for this phase.
Clubhouse Development Plan Phase 1
Phase 1 will include:
- Improved rear access to the clubhouse from our Astro Pitch
- A viewing area for our juvenile parents of the Astro training sessions
- An extended gym for our adult players, increasing to 100 sq. metres
- An investment in new gym equipment
- An updated fitness studio with improved accessibility and natural light.
- New improved electronic displays of our club history, that can be updated
Clubhouse Development Plan Phase 2
Phase 2 will include:
- New entrance to the clubhouse and lift relocated
- New access and entrance to the bar and function rooms
- Upgraded bar area with increased flexibility for functions
Phase 1 works will commence in late May while timing of Phase 2 will be determined subject to fundraising.
