Parking

The club’s carpark will be closed on Sunday to allow for free and safe movement of people to and from the pitches and refreshments area. MacDara’s school have kindly facilitated their grounds for parking of buses and cars. Please use this car park first before reverting to the public car park in Tymon park grounds. Parking is free of charge. Please avoid parking on grass verges.

Please bring a spare set of Jerseys in case there is bad weather. Please respect the timings and schedule to ensure smooth running of the Day.

Refreshments

Refreshments will be available for all from 10am at the clubhouse. We thank our team of Club volunteers coordinated by Sarah Hogan, Gobnait Collins and Marie Igoe for their hard work in catering for all the guests. There will be signage on site to show you where it is. We invite all players, mentors, and supporters to join us in the clubhouse for tea/coffee/sandwiches and bakes though out the day.

After the finals, complimentary BBQ and ice-cream van will be available for the players and mentors. Family and friends are also welcome to join for the BBQ for small charge.

Stewards

Stewards will be available on the day to guide teams and supporters to designate team areas, pitches, car parking, toilets, and refreshments. Our club stewards will be wearing Hi Vis vests.
