Dorry Murray U13 Tournament 2025
Faughs GAA Club (D6W WF20) is delighted to welcome all players, mentors, families and friends of the clubs participating in this year’s Dorry Murray Tournament.
We welcome you to Tymon Park on Sunday 11th May to participate in the challenge matches for both camogie and hurling.

Dorry Murray
Dorry Murray was a valued member of Faughs. She was a member of the Exec from January 2015 to March 2017 and was our Child Protection Officer.
Dorry is fondly remembered as a friend by everyone in Faughs.

Arrival and Set Up
We will have stewards to assist you when you arrive. We will have a team zone area near the hurling pitches for the boys and near the camogie pitches for the girls for you to set up (marked as Gazebo set up below). Pitch 1&2 are for hurling, with pitch 1 assigned to the cup tournament and pitch 2 allocated to shield tournament. Pitch 3&4 are for camogie, with pitch 1 allocated to the cup tournament and pitch 4 assigned to shield tournament. Team gazebos can be set up pitch side
Parking
The club’s carpark will be closed on Sunday to allow for free and safe movement of people to and from the pitches and refreshments area. MacDara’s school have kindly facilitated their grounds for parking of buses and cars. Please use this car park first before reverting to the public car park in Tymon park grounds. Parking is free of charge. Please avoid parking on grass verges.
Mentors
Please bring a spare set of Jerseys in case there is bad weather. Please respect the timings and schedule to ensure smooth running of the Day. Listen out for the signals from the “Official MC” marked on the map
Refreshments
Refreshments will be available for all from 11.30am at the clubhouse. We thank our team of volunteers from u12 & u14 squad for their hard work in feeding all the guests. There will be signage on site to show you where it is. We invite all players, mentors, and supporters to join us in the clubhouse for tea/coffee/sandwiches and bakes throughout the day.
The ice‐cream van is onsite from 12.30pm to 2.30pm. Slots have been allocated for each team to ensure the queue is manageable and the catering team can cope with demand.
After the finals, complimentary BBQ will be available for the players and mentors. Family and friends are also welcome to join for the BBQ for small charge.
Stewards
Stewards will be available on the day to guide teams and supporters to designate team areas, pitches, car parking, toilets, and refreshments. Our club stewards will be wearing Hi Vis vests.
Scoreboard
he scoreboard will be updated at the end of each match when the score is provided to the pitch coordinator by the referee. This will be centrally located at pitch 1 (boys) and pitch 2 (girls).

2024 Dorry Murray Camogie & Hurling Tournament
- 15 a side
- 30 minute game slots
- 2 x 10 minute half & 2 minutes for half time
- Mandatory substitutions after 5 minutes of play in each half, with rolling subs allowed in the second half
- Shake hands/hurls at the end of each match
