Faughs 2020 Vision – Planning workshop

We intend to produce a club development plan that will setout our plans and goals for the club over the next 5 to 10 years.

As a first step, all  Club Mentors and Committee menbers are invited to attend a Faughs Planning Workshop session on Thursday 7 May at 9pm.

The areas for consideration are:

  • Coaching and Games Development
  • Finance and Fundraising
  • Facilities and Development
  • Communication, Social and Cultural

The session will be facilitated by Marty McEvoy from Croke Park, who is very experienced in this field. We will follow up later in the month with a similar session for Parents and other Club members. We will gather the outputs from these sessions and use them as inputs into a strategic plan covering the next five years.
