Well done to senior hurlers who had a convincing victory over Naomh Olaf in their championship encounter on Sat. evening. Also to Junior As who came away with a draw against Naomh Barróg in their championship tie on Sat, ‘Man of the Match’ here was Philip Jordan. Well done also to U/13 Div 1 hurlers on defeating Thomas Davis 4-12 to 1-06 and also to U/13 Div 5 hurlers who had a magnificent win 6-05 to 2-03 agains Naomh Olafs.
Well done to Mike Connolly and the Dublin minors on their win in the Leinster Championship semi-final.

It was with great sadness that news of the death of Robbie Cooke reached the club on Sunday afternoon. Robbie was a club stalwart for many years and was highly regarded by all who knew him. To Teresa, Julieanna and Alannah, Robbie’s brothers and sisters and extended family we extend our deepest sympathy. Ní bheidh a leithéad ann arís.

The annual schools’ Project Night took place in the main hall last Thursday. The evening was a huge success. To the organising committee, the judges. Sponsors – Quillsen, to special guest Danny O’Reilly, the teachers in the various schools and most of all to the children who submitted such a variety of projects we say “Thank you and well done”.
