CLUB NOTES 27th FEBRUARY 2022
Hurling and Camogie Matches for 2022 – It is great that our adult and juvenile hurling matches are now back up and running for 2022 since last weekend and we are really looking forward to our adult and juvenile camogie teams getting into action from the first weekend in March. We wish all our teams and players the best of luck.

Faughs Planning Event – March 2nd – The Faughs Executive Team are pleased to invite all club members, mentors, parents and adult players to a Club planning session on Wed March 2nd from 8pm to 9.30pm in the Club House. We will review progress against our 2025 Strategy and it is an opportunity to share suggestions on club activities.
Faughs Social Event – March 11th 2022 – Faughs are planning a series of monthly Social Events in the Clubhouse over the next few months, the first one is scheduled for Friday March 11th. A good opportunity to meet up with members and friends. For €25 we will offer a 2 Course Dinner with complimentary wine on arrival. Be sure to buy your ticket online as this is a ticket only event and will be sold on a first come first basis. Book your tickets online here
Table Quiz in aid of U15 Féile teams in the clubhouse – Thursday 1st April @ 8.00. Teams of four €40. Book a table online here
And of course weekly fun quiz in the Members’ Bar every Wednesday night.
Club Shop is now open on Wednesday evenings from 6.30 to 7.30 and on Saturday mornings from 10.00 to 11.30.
Club memberships are now due and may be paid online at Faughs.ie/membership 2022.
Club Lotto – This week’s lotto numbers were 1, 6, 19 and 25. No Jackpot winner. Four people matched three numbers and will share €200. They are Mary Waters, Stephen Whelan, Paul Dixon and Alice O’Brien. Next week’s jackpot will be €10,700.
