Faughs Club Notes – 4 April 2021

As usual we remind members that access to club facilities is restricted in compliance with Government and GAA directives. Please obey club advice and stay safe.

Online quiz is one year old and we have a winner, Paddy Herbert is this year’s Faughs Quiz Champion!!! Well done to Paddy and all quizzers who have been taking part over the past year. A new series commences on Wednesday 7 April. Winners of the Easter eggstravanza were 1st. Ingrid Brennan (€100), 2nd Annie Whelan (€50), 3rd Ciarán Nagle (€25),
4th Mary Waters (€25), 5th Lily Keane. There were a further twenty-five Easter egg winners. A full list of winners is available on club website, www.faughs.ie.

Club Lotto – This week’s numbers were 3, 21, 24 and 25. No Jackpot winner. The following four people matched three numbers and will share €200, Caroline Avery, Derville Walsh, Robert Lewis and Daniel Ryan. Next week’s jackpot will be €6,000. And remember if you’re not in you can’t win. Thanks to all who support our club lotto.

S I mobile café is now operating in club carpark daily from 10.00a.m. to 5.00p.m. Why not come along and sample some of the wide range of treats on view. A great place to stop off for a coffee or maybe meet a friend or two, socially distancing of courses.
