This is to notify you that the 131^st AGM will take place in the Clubhouse on Friday 20^th January 2017 @ 7:15pm.

Full Members are invited to attend to review the progress of the past year and to plan for the year ahead. The administration of the meeting, voting procedures etc will be in accordance with the Club Constitution.

Any nominations for Officer Board and Executive Committee together with motions should be lodged with the Club Secretary no later than 18^th January 2017.

All nominations (including outgoing members seeking re-election) will be posted on the website in advance of the AGM.
