The Sideline Cut – Joint Fundraiser by Faughs and TSS GAA Clubs

This fund raiser is in support of one of our U13 Faughs and TSS players: Sean Thornton who is being treated in Germany for cancer after a diagnosis of a brain tumour over the Summer. We all send best wishes to Sean.

Harry Lynch (goalie for Faughs U13s) is finally taking the plunge and getting a proper hair cut! The ‘locks’ will be harvested on Sunday Sept 11th at 5pm in Faughs GAA Club and sent to The Rapunzel Foundation (a charity that takes hair donations and transforms them into wigs for cancer patients).

Faughs and TSS U13 Mentor Shane Harte will also be getting the chop.

All money raised will go to the Gavin Glynn Foundation who do such amazing work helping families experiencing childhood cancer and who are currently supporting the Thornton family. All donations gratefully accepted no matter how big or how small. Thanks everyone.
