Tea and Coffee for Home games :
A very successful Tea/Coffee stand was set up for the most recent home game in Tymon – spectators and players got to enjoy some welcome refreshments in the glorious sunshine – see pics below. Volunteers to look after the stand are always welcome!
Kit : Faughs kit is available from the Faughs Shop – see website for opening times.
Registration: New members are always welcome. Simply download the form from the site, complete and return to us at the training sessions as soon as possible.
Recruitment: Faughs are always keen to increase playing numbers so if you have a friend who would like to try it out please encourage them to come along to any of the sessions. If you were born in 2004 you are very welcome to join us.
Training: Training is back at Kimmage Manor Mondays from 6pm to 7pm.
Matches : Hurling matches are every second week alternating with the TSS Football matches. All home matches will be played in Tymon Park.
Match fixtures will be posted at the bottom of this page and we will also send a Teamer text.
Please respond promptly to the text or contact John Sarsfied if you are not receiving the texts.
Home Matches: All help greatly appreciated for pitch set-up. It simply means coming along 20 minutes early on match day.
Man of the Matches : The player with the most outstanding performance in each match is awarded the Man of the Match trophy. See list of recent winners here :
Hurling Playdates :
A second successful series of Hurling Playdates has completed for now. Winners are Charlie McNamara, Kevin Hogan and Conor Dixon. Well done to all the boys who participated in this challenge and watch this space for the next series to commence shortly.
