U10 Face off against neighbours at Kimmage

Hurling for the new FAUGHS U10 started back on 10 Feb with a pre-season friendly against neighbours JUDES.  The matches were played in KIMMAGE – the pitch there came to the rescue as all other parks were closed.  Close to 80 players were involved covering every inch of ground.  The boys played well and matched the opposition across all four games – it was good to see many of the hurling skills built up over the last few years displayed.  All are looking forward to the season ahead with the first league fixture on 24 February.
