U11s Win and Loss against Na Fianna
League fixtures continued last Saturday April 11th with away matches versus NA FIANNA. Numbers were lower than normal due to the proximity to Easter, and so two teams were fielded rather than the usual three. The red team were narrowly beaten in a very close game and the Blue team won very well running up a high score of both goals and points on the day – the mentors were very impressed with the effort levels displayed and noted that both matches were played sportingly. Man of the Match recipients were recognised at the end for excellent individual performances – well done to Brendan Keane & Conor O Hara for joint winning in the Red Team and to Daniel Ryan for the Blue Team
