Commiserations to our Snr 2 Camogie team who, following a great championship campaign, and with just one week’s respite went down to title-holders Myshal in the Leinster Championship on Sunday. Thanks to team and management for a great year’s entertainment. A youthful Snr 5 team had a great win in their Championship Semi-final. Best of luck in the final. Fixture details TBC.
Minor Hurlers had a fantastic win on Sun morning against Craobh Chiarain in their Sheild 2 game.
U/12 Hurlers, led by captain Donal Murray, won their Final game on Saturday to ensure Div 1 status next year. Well done to team & management (too numerous to name individually).
A big ‘Thank You’ to everyone who helped to make the Eamonn Rea ‘This is Your Life’ event on Saturday night such a wonderful occasion. It was the first time to see Eamonn speechless!! A special mention of Dathai Regan who performed his MC duties in such a professional and humorous manner. Thanks Dathai.
